Refund Policy — CV Verdict

Credit packs

CV Verdict (cv-verdict.vercel.app) sells credits in three packs — 5 credits for $5, 15 credits for $12, and 50 credits for $35. Each credit entitles you to one full recruiter-grade CV analysis. Credits never expire.

Eligibility for a refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not used any credits from that pack. If credits from the pack have already been consumed to run analyses, we are unable to refund the used portion. Unused credits from a partially consumed pack are also non-refundable once any credit from that pack has been spent.

Charged in error

If you were charged more than once for the same pack, or charged an incorrect amount, contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full corrective refund within 7 business days.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

How to request a refund

Contact us via the CV Verdict website with the email address used at purchase and your transaction reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to abuse or violation of our Terms of Service, or for requests submitted after the 14-day window.
